For photos in the night isn't there a setting we can use to compensate for the dark? Isn't it the ISO setting?
I've been busy the last few days, I hope to go to the park sometime this week.
My favorite are the plants and the moon, the colors on the plants turned out really well. I like the second moon pic too, even though the edges seem a bit blurred.

thans i think the moon in zoom was 120 times 14 in zoom for that lens so about 1600 times zoom than the human eyes ..aspect ratio... whole view for night mmm iso is how sensitive the camera is to light normally 400 too 1600 on dslr cameras usually used for brightening cloudy ad evening shots for macro or still life at night a longer exposure - slower shutter speed my camera shutter speed goes from 1/4000 of a second to 30 seconds anything below 1/3 of a second is hard too keep from bluring with out a tripod shutter speed i use 1/800 too 1/10 for bright ambient light too evenings or shadows

I went to the park today but wasn't able to take any pictures because someone was with me. I'm going to try and go sometime this week and take a picture of the top of the hill, it's a really nice view. I live in the south-west end of Louisville, and from the top of my local park you can see the tall buildings in downtown.

Cool, I'm really interested to see that. A part of my family is from England though I have never seen it. I'm still working on going to the park by myself. @_@
