Omega made a post here: nforum.ogplanet.com/sdgo/forum_posts.asp?TID=633301I'm sure it's legit. I'll repost the picture later if the thread gets shutdown. It's not like SEA either, KR is where the game is developed. If NA doesn't close, this means no new units.

It may be too early. It could be something on Netmarble's end, and the stability of their service. We need to know whether it's Softmax, the developer, who'se putting a halt or Netmarble. If the first then yeah, SDGO will go down in the near future, if the latter CN will keep it alive or Softmax will find a new publisher in Korea. It's not the same developer. However, from what I've been told on the Understanding IRC is that Softmax is contracted by Bandai Korea to develop SDGO. It could be that Bandai Korea does not want a Gundam franchise to comepete with itself. Though, again, we need to wait and see what's going on. There is no doubt that KR Sdgo is closing, they pulled down the notice for whatever reason but it is legitimate. It's a massive prank if the notice is wrong, but judging from what's going on in the KR forums if what's being translated by a Korean speaker in the Understanding IRC, this is legitimate. Now, whether or not the other servers will close as a result, who knows, and if not, the question is will Softmax keep developing new content for them. I don't know what's going to happen. I'll check it out, I'm going to focus on fighting games if SDGO closes though, specifically Under Night Inbirth, Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax and the upcoming Tekken 7. I have local scene that I want to be more active in. EDIT: Here's the website of the new game: www.sdgn.co.kr/main/indexEDIT 2: Apparently, it was an elaborate prank. Yay. nforum.ogplanet.com/sdgo/forum_posts.asp?TID=633375
